Overview
A home gym corner with clear floor and ceiling space is where this pull up and dip station belongs. The listing gives fixed handles, a black finish and a dip station as the included component.
Two exercises share one footprint, and fixed handles leave nothing to adjust or loosen. The vertical option hinted at in the name is unconfirmed, and the frame material is not clearly stated.
Who it's for
A lifter building bodyweight strength who wants both movements without separate equipment. Wall mount or doorway shoppers should note that no such mounting is described.
Pros and cons
- Pull up and dip functions combined
- Fixed handles, no adjusting
- Stated user weight limit
- Full dimensions listed
- Frame material unclear, nylon listed
- Title cut off at vertical option
- Warranty term not stated
Performance notes
The user weight limit and the footprint govern stability, since a deeper base resists tipping during dips and pull ups. Fixed handles set the grip position at the factory, so users must fit the existing height and width. The listed height decides whether overhead clearance is enough for full pull ups.
