Overview
Switching an adult dog to this formula puts a blend of crunchy and semi-moist pieces in the bowl, built around turkey flavor and a high protein level. It is positioned for weight control with muscle and joint support.
Dogs that need to stay lean get a recipe that claims protein for muscle while limiting artificial additives. The limitation is information: no calorie figure or feeding amount is shown, and the item weight spec disagrees with the title.
Who it's for
Adult dogs of any breed size that tend to gain weight are the target. Puppies, underweight dogs and anyone who compares calories first should look at a different formula.
Pros and cons
- Weight control focus
- High protein recipe
- No artificial additives
- Suits all breed sizes
- Calorie figure not shown
- Weight spec conflicts with title
- Adult dogs only
Performance notes
Weight control works through portion size and calorie density together, and the high protein level is meant to protect muscle while the dog slims down. The page gives no calories per cup, so the feeding amount must come from the bag.
