Overview
Not a full flush valve kit, this Kohler flapper is a single replacement part with a float, in blue plastic with a rubber seat. It is made for various two piece toilets and carries the Kohler Genuine Parts name.
A flapper that leaks causes constant refilling, and a genuine part is designed to match the original performance. The float adjusts how long the flapper stays open. Exact toilet models are not listed.
Who it's for
A homeowner replacing a worn flapper in a Kohler tank-and-bowl toilet gets a genuine part. Owners of a single-body toilet should look for a flapper listed for that style.
Pros and cons

- Toilet models not named
- Two piece toilets only
- Listing dimensions look like packaging
- Warranty entry is one word
Performance notes
A flapper seals the tank outlet and lifts for the flush. The float holds it open for a time before it drops back on the seat. A rubber seat conforms to the flush valve to stop leaks.
