Overview
Collectors and young fans of the Thomas and Friends series get a self-propelled Plarail engine in diesel locomotive form. It runs on batteries and is sold with a train and a track.
A powered character engine is a good add-on for a child who already plays with Plarail track. The listing is thin, with no battery type, no track connector details and an age field that is not usable.
Who it's for
A child with a Plarail layout or a fan of the series can run it indoors. Buyers needing confirmed compatibility with other brands of track should check before ordering.
Pros and cons
- Self-propelled with battery power
- Thomas and Friends character
- Train and track included
- Plastic body, portable
- Battery type not listed
- Track compatibility not listed
- Age field is unreliable
- Thin listing, description minimal
Performance notes
The engine is self-propelled and runs on batteries, so run time depends on battery type and charge. How it behaves on a layout depends on the track system, which the listing does not specify.
