Overview
Soothing is the listed use of Trader Joe's moisturizer 0000000978217, which is sold in oil form for adults. The listing adds no ingredients, scent or skin type, so little else is known about the formula.
Soothing use and the Trader Joe's name are the only clear selling points. The limits are large: no ingredients, no skin type and a listing that calls the product both an oil and oil free.
Who it's for
A repeat buyer who recognizes the item by its Trader Joe's code. Anyone shopping blind for dry, sensitive or acne prone skin should choose a product with an ingredient list.
Pros and cons
- Soothing use is listed
- Sold as a single item
- Oil form conflicts with oil free label
- Ingredients not listed
- Skin type left unstated
Performance notes
With no ingredients listed, the real-world result cannot be tied to a mechanism. An oil form would slow moisture loss on the skin surface, while an oil free label would point to a water-based lotion, and the listing claims both. The package label is the only way to settle which it is.
