Overview
Not a scope with a growing reticle, this is a hunting optic with a Dead-Hold BDC reticle that stays one size. It has a Picatinny mount entry and ships with a sunshade, caps and a lens cloth.
A broad magnification range and an included sunshade and caps are the reasons to look at it, with a lifetime warranty behind it. The limitation is thin detail: click values, eye relief and parallax settings are missing from the listing.
Who it's for
Hunters who shoot at a range of distances can use the magnification range and the holdover reticle. Precision shooters wanting a published adjustment value or a reticle that stays accurate at every power should check other models.
Pros and cons
- Wide magnification range
- Dead-Hold BDC reticle
- Sunshade, caps and cloth included
- Unlimited lifetime warranty
- Click values not listed
- Eye relief missing
- Reticle accuracy varies with power
Performance notes
With this reticle design the marks stay one size as the magnification changes, so holdover is only correct at one power setting. The magnification range lets the shooter widen the view up close and zoom for a distant target. Light transmission depends on the objective size and lens coatings.
