Overview
Mounting to a boat's rails or deck points, this bimini top provides shade from a polyester canopy stretched over an aluminum frame. Four straps and two rear support poles hold it in place, and a boot protects it when folded.
A full hardware kit and UV-protective fabric are the reasons to choose it for a flat-deck day boat. Dimensions and mounting points are described only as customizable, so measuring the boat and checking width is essential.
Who it's for
Owners of pontoon and jon boats who want shade over the seating area will find the kit complete and ready to fit. Boaters with unusual deck layouts or who need exact width and height numbers should check them with the seller first.
Pros and cons
- Complete hardware kit
- Water resistant polyester
- Storage boot included
- Ten color options
- Dimensions not listed
- Mounting points vary by boat
- Water resistant, not waterproof
- Frame diameter only
Performance notes
The aluminum frame carries the canopy load, and the rear support poles brace it against wind. Polyester blocks UV and sheds light rain but can leak in a downpour. Fit depends on matching the bow count and width to the boat.
