Overview
Not a single large casserole, this is a twin set of small round dishes with matching lids in French White. The dishes are glass ceramic and stoneware, and each lid is BPA-free plastic.
Small servings, leftovers and make-ahead meals fit the single-serve size. The dishes take the fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. Lids are plastic, so the oven part of the care list applies to the dish.
Who it's for
Singles and couples who portion meals, reheat leftovers and want dishes that move between storage and heat. Families cooking one big dish should look at a larger casserole.
Pros and cons
- Freezer to oven to microwave safe
- French White finish
- Plastic lids, not oven safe
- Care limits for lids not detailed
Performance notes
Their ceramic bodies tolerate the move from cold storage to heat, and the lids seal the dish for fridge or freezer. The plastic lid should come off before the dish goes in the oven. Round shape fits small servings.
