Overview
Pulling this quilted pad over a twin mattress adds a thin layer that stays in place with deep pockets. The hypoallergenic cover is a polyester and cotton blend that goes in the washing machine.
The reason to buy is a washable layer that makes the surface softer. The limit is liquid, because there is no waterproof barrier.
Who it's for
Kids rooms, guest beds and dorm-style twin setups that need a softer surface fit this pad. Anyone expecting a thick topper or protection from spills should choose a different product.
Pros and cons
- Quilted soft surface
- Deep pocket fit
- Not water resistant
- Thin layer, little cushioning
- Low thread count
Performance notes
The quilted top adds a small amount of give above the mattress, and the pull-on edge holds it from shifting. Because it is a thin layer, it changes surface feel only slightly.
