Overview
Muddy makes this blind cover to wrap a quad pod or similar elevated stand in full 360-degree concealment, using water-resistant denier fabric in the Epic camouflage pattern. Integrated bungee cords fasten it around the frame.
The reason to buy is quiet, adjustable cover on all sides, with windows that open shooting lanes in any direction. The limit is that it is a cover only, so it depends on a compatible stand that the listing does not include.
Who it's for
Hunters with an existing elevated quad pod, tripod or tower setup who want to close off the perimeter. Anyone without a compatible stand should buy the frame first, because nothing here holds the hunter up.
Pros and cons
- Full perimeter concealment
- Four zippered windows
- Bungee cord attachment
- Large zippered entrance
- Cover only, no stand included
- Heavy for a fabric cover
- Fit on other stands unconfirmed
Performance notes
Cover on every side hides movement and silhouette, and the zippered windows can be opened for a clear shot lane in the chosen direction. The bungee cords draw the fabric snug to the frame, which cuts flapping that could draw attention.
