Overview
Reeling braided line through this Sougayilang spinning reel gives a metal body with an adjustable aluminium handle that works on either side. The listing states the drag, bearing count and ratio, which most reels in its range leave out.
Published figures make the reel easy to compare, and the ambidextrous handle suits left and right retrievers. The odd entries are the bearing material, given as stainless steel springs, and the absence of any line capacity.
Who it's for
A light spinning angler who values stated numbers and either hand use. A buyer matching it to a specific amount of line should ask the seller for capacity first.
Pros and cons
- Published drag and ratio
- Many bearings listed
- Line capacity not listed
- Bearing material entry is odd
- Small size only
Performance notes
A higher ratio brings line in fast per crank, while the stated drag sets how much a fish can pull before line slips. More bearings usually mean smoother rotation, though the listing does not say where they are placed. A metal body adds stiffness under load.
