Overview
Not a keyboard instrument, this Gecko kalimba is a thumb piano played by plucking metal tines with the thumbs over a mahogany body. A varnished maroon finish and a waterproof box for carrying come with it.
A small, light instrument with a gentle voice, built for meditation, practice and gifts. The included tune hammer lets you adjust pitch yourself. The listing gives no scale or tuning note, so check that before buying.
Who it's for
Suits someone who wants a calm, portable instrument for relaxing, learning basic tunes or giving as a present. Players hunting a particular tuning should confirm it with the seller.
