Overview
Vacuuming up spills and dust in a car, closet or small workshop is the job of this DeWalt portable. It has a cartridge filter, two wheels and two handles, and a seven foot hose.
The reason to buy is a vacuum that is small enough to carry and store on a shelf. The limit is its small tank and low motor rating, which fit light jobs rather than big floors.
Who it's for
Quick cleanups in a car, workbench or small room are the intended use. If you clean large areas often, a bigger tank saves trips to empty.
Pros and cons
- Compact and portable
- Two carrying handles
- Works on carpet and hard floor
- Small tank capacity
- Hose diameter not listed
- Power source listed oddly
Performance notes
A compact motor pulls debris into a small tank, so it fills quickly on bulky messes. The cartridge filter removes fine dust before the exhaust. Two handles make carrying easier but the unit still weighs more than a household vacuum.
