Overview
Not a bare iron bell, the title calls this Amazon Basics kettlebell vinyl, while the material field names cast iron. It is a fixed-weight bell intended for cardio, strength and coordination work.
The reason to look at it is a light fixed bell for starters, with a coated finish and an approachable weight. The limitation is that the material fields disagree and the handle measurement lacks a unit.
Who it's for
New lifters learning kettlebell basics, and people adding cardio and balance work, can use it. Experienced lifters who want heavier loads will outgrow it quickly.
Pros and cons
- Light starter weight
- Coated finish per title
- Cast iron core per field
- Single fixed bell
- Material fields disagree
- Handle unit not listed
- Fixed weight only
Performance notes
A fixed bell concentrates its mass below the handle, so swings load the hips and grip together. The coating protects floors and the iron, while the lighter weight lets beginners practice form first.
