Overview
A homeowner who wants indoor and outdoor readings at a glance gets an LCD display that stands upright on a table, paired with a wireless outdoor sensor. The sensor has an integrated hanger for mounting.
A bold LCD with a direction indicator gives a fast read on conditions, and the sensor has a low battery light. Batteries are listed as included. The limitation is scope, and the connectivity row says Wi Fi where the seller copy only describes a wireless sensor link.
Who it's for
A household checking the temperature outside before heading out, with humidity indoors and out, will use the display. Mounting is by the sensor's own hanger. People who want a full weather station or an online connection should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Indoor and outdoor readings
- Trend arrow and daily high and low
- Low battery light on the sensor
- Integrated hanger for the sensor
- Temperature and humidity only
- Connectivity row unclear
- Sensor range unstated
Performance notes
The outdoor sensor sends temperature and humidity by radio to the display, so distance and walls between them affect reliability. The arrow shows whether temperature is rising or falling, and the screen records daily highs and lows. A light on the sensor signals when its battery is low.
