Overview
ALEKO builds this electric retractable awning with a motor driven by remote and a handle crank for manual use, a rust-free aluminum frame and water-resistant polyester fabric. It is aimed at decks and balconies.
Remote extension and a crank cover everyday use and a manual route, and the frame is rust-free aluminum. The kit includes a motor, a remote and a support. The limitation is data: the projection row disagrees with the dimensions, and the listing gives no wind rating or wiring guidance.
Who it's for
Owners of a wide deck or balcony who want shade at a button push will use the motor and remote, with the crank as an alternative. The mounting and power supply remain the buyer's job. Anyone wanting a small or freestanding shade should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Remote controlled motor
- Handle crank included
- Rust-free aluminum frame
- Roller center support included
- Projection row inconsistent
- Wiring not described
- Wind rating not listed
Performance notes
The motor rolls the fabric out or in on remote command, and the crank offers a manual route. Width sets the shaded span and projection sets how far it reaches, so the conflicting projection row matters for planning. The center support carries the long roller.
