Overview
Not a plain foam hopper, this Flybar set adds a police cap and vest and a hopper that makes siren sounds and flashes lights. It is a manual toy for indoor and outdoor pretend play.
A costume and role play lights turn bouncing into an imaginative game, which is the reason to buy it for a young child. The limits are the missing rider weight limit and the battery detail.
Who it's for
Toddlers and preschoolers at the listed age who love pretend play. Older kids and heavier riders should look at a standard pogo stick with a clear weight rating.
Pros and cons
- Costume pieces included
- Siren sounds and flashing lights
- Indoor and outdoor use
- Rider weight limit not given
- Battery details look odd
- Foam body may wear outdoors
Performance notes
Bounce comes from the rider on a foam body, and the siren and lights add pretend-play feedback. No spring or weight rating is given, so judge it as a light toddler toy.
