Overview
A gym-goer who lifts, trains or cycles gets palm protection from a silicone and carbon fiber glove here. The hook closure fastens at the wrist, and the lightweight build is meant to stay out of the way.
Full palm coverage spreads pressure from a bar and protects skin against rubbing, and the low weight leaves the hand free to move. The listing gives one size and no sizing chart, so fit is a gamble for larger hands.
Who it's for
Adults training at a gym or home rack who want light protection on the palm. Buyers with medium or large hands should check the size options before ordering.
Pros and cons
- Full palm coverage
- Only size Small listed
- Hand wash only
- No wrist support described
Performance notes
The palm layer takes the friction of a bar or handlebar so skin does not rub, and silicone grip areas reduce slipping. A light glove lets the hand feel the bar, though thin material gives modest padding. The hook closure holds the glove at the wrist.
