Overview
Clipping this slim plastic immersion cooker to a pot or container with the supplied container clips puts it into the water bath. Touch controls set the cook, and the kit adds reusable vacuum bags, a hand pump and a recipe book.
A complete starter kit means bags, clips and recipes are in the box. The limits are an unlisted temperature range and a plastic body.
Who it's for
Home cooks starting sous vide who want accessories included. Experienced cooks wanting documented precision will want a spec sheet first.
