Overview
An angler who wants to protect the index finger gets black or blue single finger gloves with an anti-slip surface. Each one closes with a hook fastener and adjusts to the finger.
Covering just the finger that handles line leaves the rest of the hand free for tackle. Several pieces in a pack means spares for a second rod or a friend. The material list is generic, so the exact fabric on any one piece is unclear.
Who it's for
Casting sessions where a single finger takes the strain are the situation. Anglers who need palm grip for handling fish, or who want a fully gloved hand, will find these cover too little.
Pros and cons
- Several gloves in the pack
- Anti-slip finger surface
- Adjustable hook closure
- Ambidextrous, either hand
- Covers only one finger
- Material list is generic
- Hand wash only
- One size only
Performance notes
Fit comes from the hook closure, which adjusts the sleeve around the finger so it stays in place. The anti-slip surface gives line something to grip against, and protection ends where the sleeve ends.
