Overview
An angler with a pile of rods leaning in a corner gets a round, tiered floor rack that holds sixteen freshwater rods upright. It stands on the floor, is made of engineered wood in a black wood grain finish, and arrives with its hardware.
Getting sixteen rods upright in a small footprint with access from every side is the reason to consider it. The limits are the low listed shelf weight rating, no rod length or reel clearance detail and a short manufacturer warranty.
Who it's for
Anglers storing a large collection of freshwater rods indoors, in a garage, shed or spare room, are the target. Those with wall-only space, outdoor storage or very heavy combos should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Holds sixteen rods upright
- Access from every side
- Tool-free assembly per the title
- Wood grain finish
- Low listed shelf weight rating
- Rod diameter limits not given
- Indoor use only
- Short manufacturer warranty
Performance notes
A round tiered layout spaces the rods around the rack, so each rod stands vertical and can be lifted out without disturbing its neighbors. Engineered wood relies on shelf and joint strength, which is why the shelf weight rating matters when reels are heavy. Floor mounting relies on the footprint for stability, so uneven loading leans the rack toward the heavier side.
