Bushnell EX650 Digital Equinox X650 Night Vision 5x 32mm Monocular

Overview

Bushnell builds the Equinox X650 as a digital night vision monocular with manual focus, a reflex finderscope and a built-in IR illuminator. Video capture works day or night, and a tripod mount supports steady viewing.

Choose it for a digital night viewer that can record, from a known maker, with a tripod mount. The limit is poor listing data: magnification appears as two values, the weight is clearly wrong, the field of view has no unit, and the description is one line.

Who it's for

A hunter, camper or property watcher wanting to record night video from a tripod will use the digital capture and the IR illuminator. Buyers who need every figure confirmed should compare the maker's own specification sheet.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

A digital night viewer relies on its IR illuminator in total darkness, so usable distance depends on how far that light reaches. Manual focus must be set for each distance, and a tripod steadies both viewing and recording. Magnification and field of view trade against each other.
