Overview
Wheeling a kayak or canoe to the shore is the job for this Bonnlo BL-0040, a foldable cart with an aluminum frame and large tires. The title also names paddle boards, boats, float mats and jon boats as loads.
Aluminum makes the cart light, and folding makes it easy to stow in a trunk. The weight rating is modest, so heavier boats and gear need a check, and the listing offers no strap or tire detail.
Who it's for
Casual paddlers carrying a lighter kayak, canoe or board to a nearby launch who want an easy-to-store cart. Heavy boats, long hauls over rough ground or anyone wanting a clear warranty should look at a sturdier cart.
Pros and cons
- Light aluminum frame
- Folds for storage
- Large tires for rolling
- Works with several boat types
- Modest weight rating
- Warranty only via the seller
- Straps not listed
- Hull size limits not given
Performance notes
Larger wheels roll over small bumps with less effort, and the aluminum frame stays light enough to lift in and out of a car. The maximum load sets the limit, and how well the cart carries a hull depends on how it is cradled.
