Overview
A neighborhood loop or a gym-style fitness session is where this K2 skate is aimed. A Boa dial tightens the boot, a thermoplastic polyurethane sole supports the foot, and aluminum forms the frame material. The gray and mustard camouflage is the color.
The wheel size gives a calmer ride, and the dial closure speeds up putting the skates on. The limitation is that the faster, larger-wheel models sit in K2's next series, and this listing has no bearing detail.
Who it's for
Beginners and weekend fitness skaters who want something controllable will get the intended ride. The mens size is listed once. Skaters chasing speed on longer sessions should step up to the series with larger wheels.
Pros and cons
- Boa dial closure
- Controlled wheel size for beginners
- Bearing grade not listed
- Not the fastest K2 series
- Only one size shown
Performance notes
Smaller wheels roll with more control and less top speed, which is why the description points this series at newer skaters. The dial closure lets you tighten the fit in small steps. Frame stiffness comes from the aluminum.
