Overview
A baking tray, skillet or popcorn pot is where this buttery coconut oil goes to work, giving a non-dairy butter flavor to baked goods, bread and popcorn. The seller says it melts over pancakes and toast.
A butter taste without dairy suits cooks on plant-based and low-carb plans who miss butter. The limitation is that it is a refined coconut oil, and the listing does not explain how the flavor is made.
Who it's for
Plant-based eaters who bake, make popcorn or want a dairy-free butter taste. Shoppers who want unrefined coconut flavor, or real dairy butter, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons

Performance notes
