Overview
A yard, path or garden wall gets four black solar lanterns that hang or mount with a flickering LED flame. Each charges its own NiMH battery from a solar panel by day and glows after dark.
A matched set of four makes it easy to line a path or wall with the same warm look. They are decorative lights, not task lights. Warranty is short and brightness is not stated.
Who it's for
Homeowners decorating a yard, patio or tree with soft flicker lighting and no wiring. A buyer who needs bright path or security lighting should look at a stronger fixture.
Pros and cons
- Four lanterns in the pack
- Solar charging, no wires
- Flickering flame effect
- Waterproof rating listed
- Brightness not listed
- Short warranty period
- Small battery limits runtime
Performance notes
Runtime follows how much sun the panel gets each day, so shaded spots charge less and glow for a shorter time. The flicker effect varies LED output, which lowers average brightness, and the battery is rated for a limited run each night.
