Overview
Supplying a steady flow of ice to a busy service counter is the job this stainless machine is built for. It stands alone with a separate commercial ice bin, and it adds a timer and an auto-cleaning cycle.
Daily output and bin size are both large for a single unit, and auto-cleaning reduces upkeep. Floor space and ceiling height matter, and the supply and drain plumbing is left out of the listing.
Who it's for
Food service operators who need a high capacity ice maker on a freestanding footprint. Offices and small shops with modest ice needs would be served by a compact machine.
Pros and cons
- High daily ice output
- Large storage bin
- Tall freestanding body
- Plumbing details unstated
- Short power cord
Performance notes
Daily output is a per day figure, so hourly supply is lower than the headline figure, and the bin stores ice for rushes. A timer sets when it runs, and the auto-cleaning cycle handles routine upkeep.
