Overview
A stage or studio is where these Ernie Ball Paradigm strings are meant to work, bringing the Earthwood tone and feel in a coated phosphor bronze light set. Construction is described as built for strength and lifespan.
Long life is the pitch, and the nanotreatment coating is the feature behind it. The listing gives no warranty detail beyond contacting the maker, and the other alloy has to be chosen as a separate product.
Who it's for
Players on stage or in the studio who want long-lasting light strings and a spare set. Anyone after a bronze alloy instead of phosphor bronze should choose that Paradigm variant.
Pros and cons
- Coated for longer life
- Break-resistant construction described
- Light gauge for easy fretting
- Warm, rich tone
- Warranty details left to the maker
- Light gauge only
Performance notes
The nanotreatment coating protects the wire from the build-up that dulls tone, and the phosphor bronze alloy supplies the warm, rich voice. Light gauge lowers tension, which eases fretting and bending. Construction is described as built for strength, which targets breakage.
