Overview
A folding stainless steel body is the working part of the TriAnchor, which is sold in a five pound silver kit. The listing says it sets instantly and suits personal watercraft and boats.
Folding makes it easy to stow on a small boat or jet ski. The stainless steel body resists corrosion in water. No holding power rating, line length or boat size range is given.
Who it's for
A personal watercraft rider or small boat owner who wants a compact anchor to stop for a swim or lunch. Owners of larger boats, and buyers who need rope or chain details, should look at larger kits.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel body
- Suits jet skis and boats
- Holding rating not given
- No rope or chain included
- Vessel size range missing
Performance notes
An anchor holds by digging into the bottom, so the design and weight decide how well it grips in sand, mud or weed. The folding design is meant to set quickly, but holding figures for different bottoms are absent.
