Overview
Nextivity CEL-FI GO G41 is a home cell phone booster sold as a single dome or panel antenna kit. It supports calls and data on 4G and 5G for the three named carriers and lists two frequency bands.
A high gain figure and a broad coverage claim point to a booster for a large home with weak signal. The limitation is carrier scope, since only three carriers are named, and a single indoor antenna covers only the area it can reach.
Who it's for
Households with a big floor plan and a phone on one of the named carriers are the target. Customers on other carriers, and anyone needing more than one indoor antenna or a vehicle unit, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- High gain figure
- Very large coverage claim
- Supports 4G and 5G
- Three year manufacturer warranty
- Only three carriers named
- Single indoor antenna
- Installation steps not listed
Performance notes
The booster amplifies the outside cell signal and rebroadcasts it through the indoor antenna. Gain and coverage figures are maximums, so actual range depends on the outside signal and building layout. A single indoor antenna lights up the area around it first.
