Overview
A telescopic aluminum handle is the working part of this KastKing Brutus, which extends to its full length and folds back down. It has a PVC net, a TPR handle with a built-in boat hook, and instructions in the box.
The reason to buy is the long reach and a stated weight rating with a boat hook in the handle. The limits are no mesh opening, no hoop size and a package listed as large without more detail. Confirm the hoop size before relying on it for big fish.
Who it's for
A boat or pier angler landing larger fish from a distance. A kayak angler, or anyone who needs a short compact net, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Long telescopic reach
- High weight rating
- Built-in boat hook
- Foldable and lightweight
- Mesh opening not listed
- Hoop size not given
- Care limited to hand wash
Performance notes
A telescopic handle extends reach for netting from a boat or pier, and the aluminum frame carries the stated load. The listing gives no mesh size, which would show how the PVC net handles hooks and fins.
