Overview
Switching between charcoal and gas cooking is the point of this combo smoker and grill, which lists propane as its fuel type. Painted steel forms both the outer shell and the interior.
Two fuels in one frame are the reason to consider it, for cooks who want to choose between charcoal flavor and gas convenience. Painted steel is the stated material. Cooking area, burner count and weight are left out.
Who it's for
A patio with space for a large combo unit suits cooks who change fuels depending on the day. Shoppers who want a single fuel, or a stainless finish, will find simpler choices elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Charcoal and gas in one unit
- Propane fuel listed
- Cooking area not listed
- Painted steel, not stainless
Performance notes
Gas gives adjustable heat while charcoal supplies the smoke, and which one runs depends on how the unit is set up. Burner count and heat rating are not stated, so output cannot be gauged.
