Overview
Not an acoustic kit, this electronic set replaces shells with pads, choke-capable cymbals and an independent hi-hat, all driven by a sound module with Bluetooth and MIDI. A rack, cable, sticks and manuals complete the package.
A large sound library gives a drummer many kits to explore, and the module connects by Bluetooth. The title positions it for advanced players. The limitation is that no throne or headphones appear in the packing list, so those must be sourced separately.
Who it's for
Advanced and intermediate players who want a wide library of kits and a connected module for practice. Newcomers who want everything from seat to sticks in one purchase should compare the packing lists.
Pros and cons
- Large sound library
- Rack and sticks included
- No throne or headphones listed
- Pad sizes small at eight inches
Performance notes
The sound module stores a large library of kits and sounds, so a single set of pads can cover many styles. A choke on the cymbals lets the drummer stop a ring with a grab. The independent hi-hat has its own mounting.
