Overview
Swinging easily in a Banana Yellow finish is the idea behind this Savannah Bananas model from Louisville Slugger. Superlight Hyper Alloy is the material, chosen to help players maximize swing speed and barrel control.
An easy swing and a lively look make baseball more fun for a newer hitter. The limitation is sizing clarity: the listing says adult for the age range yet gives a short length, and the item weight does not match the ounce figure in the size row.
Who it's for
A newer player or fan of the Savannah Bananas who wants a light single-piece metal bat for recreational USSSA play. Competitive hitters, or buyers needing consistent size data, should look at other models.
Pros and cons
- One-piece alloy build
- Light, easy swing
- Distinctive Banana Yellow finish
- One year limited warranty
- Age range reads adult
- Weight fields disagree
- Single length option shown
- Grip type not stated
Performance notes
With no joint between handle and barrel, energy passes straight through. A light alloy helps bat speed, which matters most for beginners learning to square up the ball. Balance and swing weight are not described, so feel is judged by size and ounce rating.
