Overview
A fan of the team's smartest member gets Billy, the Blue Ranger, as a plastic Auto-Morphin figure from Playmates Toys. The description casts him as a precise fighter who draws power from the Triceratops Dinozord.
Billy's calculating character and Power Lance give kids an easy role to act out, and the manual build means no battery handling. The limitation is the lack of detail on accessories and articulation.
Who it's for
Children at the maker's age guidance who act out team battles, and collectors filling out a Re-Ignition lineup one Ranger at a time. A buyer who needs motorized or electronic action should skip it.
Pros and cons

Performance notes
Operation is entirely manual, and the Auto-Morphin transformation is named in the listing without any steps. Play is driven by the character: a precise fighter with the Power Lance and a link to the Triceratops Dinozord. With no electronics, nothing limits it except the child's imagination.
