The long list of attachments, from chains to elastic band bars, gives many ways to load a lift without buying extras. The listing offers no dimensions or item weight, which makes room planning guesswork.

A garage gym that has already measured its ceiling and floor will get a lot of accessories with this cage. Anyone in a smaller room, or who needs confirmed dimensions, should wait.
