Unlike a buried-wire fence, this system uses GPS to define the containment radius, which is why the range spans such a wide figure, the boundary is adjustable rather than fixed by wire placement. It includes one lithium-ion battery and ships in black.

Performance notes
GPS containment estimates the dog's position by satellite rather than a buried wire loop, so boundary accuracy depends on GPS signal quality and can drift more than a wired system, the tradeoff for skipping installation. The correction sequence, beep first, then vibration, then shock, gives the dog a chance to respond before the strongest stage triggers.
