Overview
Yamamoto lists the Uni as a plastic fishing bait in one size, finished in a watermelon color with black flake. The point style is a spear point and bass are the named target species.
The listing offers a color, a material and a point style, which is enough to identify the bait but not to judge it. Length, weight, shape and action are all missing, so check them against the maker's own product details before ordering.
Who it's for
A bass angler replacing or adding this specific color to a tackle box. Someone new to the product gets almost nothing about size or action from the listing and should check the maker's details first.
Pros and cons
- Bass named as target species
- Watermelon with black flake color
- Spear point style listed
- Length and weight not listed
- Warranty field says see manufacturer
- Shape and action undescribed
Performance notes
How a soft plastic fishes depends on its shape, length, density and how it is rigged, and the listing gives none of those. What it does give is the point style and the material, which describe the build but not the swimming or sinking action. Treat any claims about action as unconfirmed here.
