Overview
XDDIAS sells the SP512-1 as an adjustable weight bench with a long run of backrest settings on an alloy steel frame. The frame is finished in pink and the whole bench is light enough to move by hand.
A wide span of backrest angles lets one bench cover several press positions. The listing is vague on pad thickness, seat adjustment and folding, so those points need checking before you rely on it for heavy training.
Who it's for
A home gym where one bench has to serve presses at different angles. People who need exact floor measurements should confirm them first, because the listed numbers conflict.
Pros and cons
- Many backrest positions
- High maximum weight capacity
- Alloy steel frame
- Light frame for easy moving
- Two sets of dimensions disagree
- Pad and seat details missing
- Folding feature not mentioned
Performance notes
Backrest angle changes which part of the chest and shoulders takes the load, and more positions give finer control over that. Stability depends on the frame footprint and an even floor, which the conflicting dimensions make hard to judge. Padding quality goes undescribed, so comfort under heavy sets is unknown.
