Overview
TRUSCEND packs six small rooster tail style spinners into one kit, each in a metal build with a treble hook. The listing names bass, crappie, trout, walleye, pike and perch among the target fish.
Several small lures cover streams, ponds and small lakes with one purchase. The listing does not say whether the six lures differ in color and does not give a line recommendation.
Who it's for
Anglers who fish small waters for panfish, trout and bass can use a set to cover several conditions. Someone who needs big lures for large pike or deep water should buy heavier lures.
Pros and cons
- Six lures in the kit
- Several species listed
- Color mix not described
- Light for deep water
- Line advice not listed
- Treble hooks tangle in weeds
Performance notes
A small blade spins around a wire body as the lure is retrieved, and a steady retrieve gives the best flash. The light size casts best on light line and a spinning rod. A treble hook sets well on short strikes but snags in weeds.
