Overview
A parent packing for camping or a backyard picnic gets a quad folding chair for children with a canopy top, padded armrests and a cup holder. It unfolds with no assembly and folds into a carry bag.
A light steel frame and a lock that holds the chair open make it easy to set up and safe to sit in. Conflicting weight and color information in the listing is the main caution.
Who it's for
Younger children at campsites, sports fields or backyard fires will use it most. Larger kids and adults will outgrow the seat size.
Pros and cons
- Folds into a carry bag
- No assembly required
- Safety lock when open
- Weather resistant fabric
- Capacity stated as 125 and 250 pounds
- Color conflicts between title and specs
- Small seat for older children
Performance notes
A quad folding frame spreads load across four legs, and the safety lock stops the chair from collapsing while in use. Flat, level ground gives the best stability. The fabric is polyester over a steel frame, which wipes clean.
