Overview
A desk chair, a studio floor or a physical therapy corner is where this flexible disc gets used, either as a wobble board for core stability or as a seat cushion. It is made of PVC and the title mentions a pump.
A versatile disc that works for balance practice and as a seating cushion is the reason to consider it. The limitation is the sparse listing: inflation details and surface texture are not described.
Who it's for
Adults adding balance work to a routine or sitting on an unstable surface at a desk will find the disc convenient. Anyone wanting a hard board, or heavier than the rated limit, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Flexible disc design
- Usable as wobble board or seat
- Limited lifetime warranty
- Light and easy to move
- Pump only mentioned in the title
- Surface texture not described
- Inflation instructions not given
Performance notes
An air-filled disc deflects under weight, so the body makes small corrections to stay upright, which trains stabilizing muscles. Firmer inflation gives a more stable surface and softer inflation increases the challenge. Standing, kneeling or sitting on it changes the load.
