Overview
Excelpure sells this pack as a drop-in replacement for the LG LT800P style cartridge. Each filter uses activated carbon from coconut shell, and three come in the box.
The three-pack covers several replacement cycles and carries a lifetime warranty. NSF and IAPMO testing is listed. The limit is the narrow claim of sediment reduction and fit that depends on the model.
Who it's for
Owners of the listed LG and Kenmore refrigerators who replace filters on schedule. Others need to match their own part number first.
Pros and cons
- Three filters per pack
- NSF and IAPMO listed
- Lifetime product warranty
- Coconut shell carbon
- Only sediment reduction claimed
- Fit depends on model
- Not an original LG filter
- Filter life not listed
Performance notes
Water runs through the activated carbon block and sediment is held back. The seal at the housing matters as much as the media. Replacement timing follows the refrigerator's reminder or a regular schedule.
