Overview
Not a fixed park installation, this GIBBON TravelLine is a portable slackline set for rigging between trees. A polyester line, stainless hardware and TreeWear fit in one bundle.
Two straps make it easier to rig an even tension, and the set is light enough to carry. The load figure is in kilograms, which is easy to mix up with pounds.
Who it's for
Slackliners who move between spots and want a ready-to-rig kit are the target. Anyone wanting a longer line should look at the longer sets.
Pros and cons
- Portable and light
- Two ratchet straps
- Tree protection included
- Stainless steel hardware
- Load figure in kilograms
- Anchors not provided
- Line length is moderate
Performance notes
Two ratchet straps let tension be set evenly at each end, and the line length and tension set how much sag and bounce the line has. Polyester webbing gives a bit of stretch.
