Overview
Not a battery nailer: this Metabo framing tool runs on compressed air and carries a brushed plastic body. The listing names floor installation as its usage and adds safety glasses to the kit.
A five year warranty and bundled eye protection make the kit complete as listed, and air power means no battery to charge. The limitation is that the compressor is separate and the listing leaves out the nail range, magazine and depth control.
Who it's for
A site with an air line and a hose already run suits this nailer well. Weekend users with no compressor would need to buy one, and trim carpenters would be better served by a lighter finish nailer.
Pros and cons
- No battery to charge
- Safety glasses included
- Long warranty term
- Floor usage listed
- Compressor not included
- Nail range unspecified
- Depth control not described
Performance notes
Compressed air drives each nail, so the pressure setting and hose size govern how fully fasteners seat. Heavier weight helps hold the tool steady against the work. The listing offers nothing on firing mode or magazine.
