Overview
Not a fixed flat bench, this K KiNGKANG model is described as adjustable and foldable for a home gym. It is built from alloy steel, faux leather and stainless steel in black and red.
Choose it for the combination of a high capacity figure, an adjustable back and a frame that folds. The limit is how little the listing says about positions, locks and what ships in the box.
Who it's for
Garages and spare rooms where the bench has to be put away after use are the setting. Lifters who want to know exactly how many angles it offers should confirm with the seller.
Pros and cons

- Alloy steel frame
- Faux leather pad

Performance notes
On an adjustable bench the back and seat locks decide stability at each angle, and the folding joints are another place for play to develop. The listing states the load rating but not the lock design, so how it feels under heavy loads is not documented.
