Overview
A home lifter after one frame for full body training gets a black and red alloy steel bench here. Finer Form names it a multi-functional FID bench.
Choose it for the multi-functional label and the high load rating. The limit is how little the listing says about position count, locks and what is in the box.
Who it's for
A garage or spare room gym with room for a long bench suits this style. Anyone who needs to know exact dimensions should ask the seller, since size entries differ.
Pros and cons
- Very high stated capacity
- Alloy steel frame
- Black and red finish
- Position count not listed
- Two size entries differ
- Assembly details unspecified
- Pad thickness is unspecified
Performance notes
Stability on a FID bench comes from the frame and locks at each angle, and a long frame needs enough floor space to avoid tipping. The listing states the load but does not describe the lock design.
