Overview
Cutting, engraving, sanding and polishing small work is what this HARDELL rotary tool kit does. It runs on a three point seven volt battery, is described as lightweight and quiet, and includes many accessories.
A light cordless body and variable speed make it comfortable for detailed hobby work. The limitation is the label mix: the router category is wrong for this tool, and the top speed is given as revolutions per month, which cannot be right.
Who it's for
Craft benches, model building and jewelry polishing suit a small cordless rotary tool. Furniture routing and heavy grinding need a larger, more powerful machine.
Pros and cons
- Cordless and light
- Many accessories in the kit
- Quiet operation listed
- Long average battery life
- Top speed unit is garbled
- Accessory sizes not listed
Performance notes
Speed is adjustable above the listed minimum, which lets a user match the accessory to the material. Battery life is given as an average, and small cells limit power for heavy cutting.
