Overview
Holding a metal body with a polygonal barrel and a metal clip, each of these pencils resists rolling off a desk. The case stores four pencils, spare lead tubes, erasers and refills.
A metal body adds balance for longer writing, and the lead supply is generous. Four pencils allow spares. Lead is HB only, and the listing does not say which refills fit beyond the stated size.
Who it's for
Students, teachers and drafters who prefer a metal body will use the spare lead and erasers. The polygonal barrel helps on a slanted desk. Artists who need soft grades should add their own lead.
Pros and cons
- Large lead supply
- Erasers and refills included
- One lead grade only
- Other lead sizes not covered
- Metal body only
Performance notes
The metal body gives a balanced weight that reduces hand fatigue, and the polygonal barrel avoids slipping on the desktop. HB lead in a medium point suits school writing and basic sketching. Eight tubes of lead support heavy use.
