Overview
Trideer sells this mini ball for between-knee squeezes, home rehab and Pilates core work. A textured anti-slip surface covers a seamless PVC shell, and a straw or pump inflates it.
The reason to look is the small size and textured surface for targeted core and inner thigh work. The limitation is that the listing gives no weight limit and no pressure guidance.
Who it's for
Pilates students and people doing guided home rehab can use it between the knees or under the back for support. It is too small to serve as a seat, and buyers who need a load rating should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Small size for targeted work
- Textured anti-slip surface
- Seamless PVC construction
- Inflation straw included
- Weight limit not listed
- No pressure guidance listed
- Not a seat-size ball
Performance notes
Squeezing the ball between the knees makes the inner thigh and core work against the air pressure. A firmer fill gives more resistance and a softer fill is gentler on the joints. The textured surface resists slipping against clothing or skin.
